Ingredients
- ⅔ cup frozen shelled edamame
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ lime, juiced
- Flaky salt, to taste
- 2 slices whole grain sourdough, lightly toasted
- 2 tsp spicy chili crisp
Preparation
Boil Edamame
Bring a small pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the frozen edamame and let it return to a boil. After 5 minutes remove from heat, drain, and rinse with cold water to chill the edamame.
Avocado Mash
Meanwhile, mash the avocado in a small bowl. Add the lime juice and flaky salt, stirring to combine. Spread avocado mash on the slices of sourdough toast, top with edamame, and finish with the chili crisp.
