Hi there! I’m Rachael, a vegan foodie and home cook with a passion for creating plant-based recipes with a focus on whole food ingredients.

When I started getting into health and wellness I quickly discovered that a plant-based diet made me feel my best, both mentally and physically. And as I delved deeper into vegan philosophy, I realized that a fully vegan lifestyle allowed me to live in full alignment with my values. This ignited a passion for creating recipes that were nutritionally dense, full of flavor, and kinder to the earth and animals. Thus I set out on a mission to create super tasty plant-based recipes and share them with other like minded home cooks.

I truly believe that eating well can be easy, affordable, and delicious so I’m here to help empower people with the tools and resources needed to successfully cook amazing recipes, plan meals, build grocery lists, meal prep, and experience greater wellbeing through food.
